Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with BeautyBoxx and you agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and BeautyBoxx until your order is accepted by confirmation that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time BeautyBoxx sends the confirmation to you. This confirmation amounts to an acceptance by BeautyBoxx of your offer to buy goods. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and that your delivery address is correct
BeautyBoxx will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party
You undertake that all details you provide to BeautyBoxx for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re- delivery.
You should check your order carefully upon arrival and notify us immediately if any part of your order is not as it should be.
You have the right to cancel orders up to 7 working days from the date after you receive delivery. Exceptions include items where the packaging has been opened or damaged
If we have attempted to deliver your goods via Royal Mail and the goods are returned to us (because you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the Post Office or the address you have given us is incorrect), we will make a charge to re-cover our costs in sending these goods out to you
Whilst every effort will be made to inform you of attempted delivery, we regret that we cannot be held responsible if the Post Office has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery
We have no control over goods lost in transit and in the unusual event that your order is lost a refund/replacement will be made as soon as our enquiries have been completed. You acknowledge that the an order is not deemed lost until 15 working days from date of dispatch for UK and 20 working days for Europe
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform BeautyBoxx as soon as possible

All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery to BeautyBoxx (unless otherwise instructed by our staff.) and authorization must be received after contacting us at email@example.com. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.
For your own protection you should retain a proof of postage in case the goods are damaged or lost in transit. BeautyBoxx requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels intact. Goods must be unused, unsoiled and in re-saleable condition, unless they are faulty or have been received in a damaged condition.
BeautyBoxx will make a charge for damaged or missing items, and this may affect the total amount credited to you.
Cancellation of Order
The consumer protection (distance selling) regulations require that the consumer will provide written notice (by letter, email or fax), of a cancellation within 7 working days. The 7 working days start from the day after the day the consumer receives the goods. Note that we cannot take back returns of cosmetics and consumables, where the packaging/seal has been opened.
Once BeautyBoxx has received notification from you that you wish to cancel the order /item (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to BeautyBoxx from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
BeautyBoxx attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is truthful and accurate. All dimensions stated are approximate. BeautyBoxx will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being alerted to them.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, BeautyBoxx shall, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that you notify BeautyBoxx of the problem in writing (by letter or email), at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 7 working days of delivery following the day of the order, or, in the case of product defect, as soon as the event occurs. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
BeautyBoxx does not accept liability for:-
a) Business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
b) Goods delivered to Work/Alternative addresses, given by the cardholder, which have been signed for by anyone other than the card holder.
c) Delivery delays.
Caution must be exercised when having goods sent to a work or alternative address other than the Cardholders address. BeautyBoxx will not accept liability for goods which have been directed by the customer for delivery to another/work address and signed for by someone other than the cardholder. We strongly advise if you work in a place which has a high number of employees, ie hospitals or universities, you have the goods delivered to your home address as tracing can be difficult in these circumstances.
Processing of orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by BeautyBoxx
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site
BeautyBoxx aims to arrange shipment of all in-stock items within 1 working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and advise you within 7 days of your order. You may cancel your order at this stage by emailing us at orders @beautyboxx.co.uk.
Whilst we will endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 working days, please allow up to 14 days for delivery as we will not deal with any delivery enquiries before this time has elapsed.

We pledge to:
1. acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days.

Any delivery periods stated are approximate. IMPORTANT: The place of delivery will be the address entered by the customer and on their personal data file at the time of ordering.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; BeautyBoxx advises customers to contact their local customs office for further information.
You agree that as the importer of record of any goods ordered you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.
Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
