FAQ:

Do you have a contact no?
At present we have had to disable our contact no due to numerous nusiance calls. If you would like us to call you back please send a message via contact us or email us at info@beautyboxx.co.uk with your telephone number and we aim to call you back within 1 working day. As we are an online only business we cannot take orders over the phone and deal with any email questions quickly. If you do not receive a reply within 1 working day please forward your message again as it may have become lost from our mail server (this doesn't happen very often but may be why you don't receive a reply from us)

Where do you ship to?
BeautyBoxx will ship worldwide however we are not responsible for customs duty and any items not delivered due to your customs refusal.

How can I pay?
Beauty Boxx accepts all major credit/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Solo, American Express) via Paypal
All overseas orders MUST be received in GBP.

How much is shipping?

When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch within 1 day of receiving your order for weekdays (however if you order and pay by 3pm most orders are shipped that day) and the next working day for orders received on weekends, via first class mail within the UK, or airmail for our international customers.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
Unfortunately BeautyBoxx has no control over customs charges and is not responsible for any customs charges that worldwide customers may incur on receipt of the product. We cannot be held responsible for any items refused due to Customs. Please check with your countries Customs rules before ordering.

My order hasn't arrived yet?
If you have not received your order 14 days after placing it, please email us, and we will do our best to track it down for you. We do obtain a certificate of posting for all items, and send larger orders via insured mail. If you would like extra insurance for your order, please let us know.

Do you offer a refund if I change my mind?
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any product unless unused or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please see Returns for more information.

I am allergic to a certain ingredient. How can I find out if a product is safe for me to use?
Please email us and we will do our best to provide you with the manufacturer's full ingredients list.

Then email us and let us know! We check our main competitors to ensure we keep our prices competitive BUT if you see something available cheaper then email us and let us know and we should be able to match it!
