As our orders are sent out quickly, if you wish to cancel your order you must email us as soon as possible. If your order is still processing we will cancel your order and process a refund
If your order has already been dispatched you must wait to receive it and return it to us in the same condition as received within 14 days. We are not responsible for any return postage fees and we recommend that you use recorded delivery as we can't be held responsible for items lost/damaged. In the event that a cancelled return is lost/damaged you will need to make a claim with Royal Mail for the value of the items. Once the parcel is received and checked we will issue a refund/replacement for the value of the items only (not the initial postage charge). If the items have been used in any way a refund will not be given.
BeautyBoxx will accept returns on any unused products or faulty products within 14 days of your original purchase date providing the products are unused and in a sellable condition or faulty. Any products returned not in their original condition will not be refunded. We do ask that you please contact is first at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you will be returning your product and the reason why.
Please place your unused or faulty item in its original state in the original shipping internal and external packaging.
Please include a copy of the original invoice in the return parcel and detail what you are returning and why.

We recommend that all returns be sent 1st or 2nd Class with proof of postage obtained through the Royal Mail Post Office. Proof of postage is sufficient enough to claim for loss with Royal Mail if your parcel doesn't arrive. BeautyBoxx is not responsible for any lost or damaged return parcels during shipping. BeautyBoxx reserves the right not to accept returns which have not followed the above guidelines and methods.
BeautyBoxx returns will be processed within 5 business days from receipt. BeautyBoxx is unable to refund any postage costs you incur unless your return is the direct result of our error or a faulty item. Upon receipt of your returned goods, BeautyBoxx will send you a return confirmation e-mail for your records.
