Sadly due to Royal Mail's recent hugeprice hikes we have for the first time in 5 years had to increase our Uk postage rates! We have tried to keep them as low as possible and they are still under the actual Royal Mail cost. This means that your order will always be sent ASAP and by 1st Class post rather than being held for days and sent 2nd Class like most Free Shipping offers from other retailers!! POSTAGE COSTS
Shipping is charged at the following rates:
ANY UK ORDERS OF £15 OR MORE HAVE FREE POSTAGE (1st standard/recorded/registered depending on value)
Orders UNDER £15 in the UK - choice of:
£2.00 - 1st class delivery or
£3.00 - 1st class recorded delivery
All orders within Europe are at a flat rate of £4.50 and are sent either Priority Airmail or Signed For and take approx 3-5 working days (although please allow at least 7-10 working days in case of customs delays)
Rest of the World, please email us if you would like to purchase any items and we will get a shipping quote for you!
All orders are currently sent using Royal Mail and orders will usually arrive within 1-2 working days, however please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us about non received orders. We do have to give Royal Mail up to 15 working days (30 working days for Europe & Rest of the World) to deliver a parcel so a replacement or refund cannot be done until this time has passed. We are not responsible for the time taken to deliver your order but will try to help as much as we can to locate your item. In any event of a non received order we must have a confirmation email from you stating that your parcel has not arrived within the 15 working days (30 working days for Europe & ROW) and your name, address and contact no before we can process any refund or replacement (we then send this with a compensation claim to RM). All orders are now sent using a Royal Mail tracking system so can eventually be located as to where they went missing, so please be sure that the parcel hasn't been left with neighbours, local depot etc
Processing:
All orders received between Monday and Friday will be despatched within 1 working day however most orders received before 3pm are usually sent the same day.
All orders received on weekends will be despatched on Mondays.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm excluding holidays and any queries or emails will be dealt with then.
